Terms of service

Item Condition
All items we stock are marked on their product page with the condition that they are in at the shop. Most items we carry are new from the manufacturer, but some have been previously used or have been tested in the shop. Items are marked as follows:

New
Item is in mint condition with original packaging.

Excellent
Item is in excellent condition, usually with original packaging.

Very Good
Item may have some cosmetic wear, but is fully functional.

Good
Item has some cosmetic wear, and any significant flaws are noted.

Order Processing
All orders are shipped within one to two business days from when placed, but most orders are shipped the same day. Mission Synths, LLC, reserves the right to cancel and refund customers' money/payment because of pricing errors (including but not limited to errors related to shipping misquotes, product weight errors, etc.) on our end.
